Tim Pecoraro [:

So glad you're here with me today. I'm pumped up about today's topic, something I believe will be useful for anyone, anyone, anyone who desires to be better as a human being and better in life. So I'm looking forward to sharing today's topic. If you haven't done so already, I would love it for you to subscribe to the show. You can also, if you're listening to me right now and you're going, wow, I just finished an audiobook and hey, here's a podcast popping up up.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Hey, follow it. If you're listening to this, look for the follow. Follow me there. So that's an audible odyssey. And anywhere else you listen to podcasts. But those are the main four. And oh, don't worry about. Don't forget substack, too.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So if you go to sub stack, you can find me there. Mine, just type in my name. You'll find me on substack where I'm putting more writing different things, just not just the podcast, but things I'm writing. Short stories, essays will be going there as well. Hopefully things that will inspire you or cause you to think differently and be useful for your life. Yeah, I'm so pumped up, I just can't tell you. The last few weeks I've been talking about faith. I've been talking this whole year, basically just about improving ourselves and just bringing into the frame or into the picture.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Just our need as humans with all the noise in the world, is to really, we need to start looking more at what everybody calls soft skills and realize it's so amazing how the soft skills are the things that will destroy your entire life. I mean, I see some of the horrible things people can do just terrible, and, like, they're just up and running. I mean, just, you know, but then you see a person do what they something just tiny, and it can just wreck everything. I mean, that's just kind of the way it goes, right? Some people's cases, it's who's got money? Some people's cases, I mean, just so many reasons you can go through. But if you just to say you had all the money in the world, I still, even if I had all the money in the world, I want to do a better job with my first chance and not have to have second chances, but I do. I appreciate second and third chances, but what I'm working on is to say I'm not looking for so many chances. I'm actually looking to learn better. Right? That's what I want to do.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So these topics and things that I'm getting into are heavy, heavy, heavy, weighted in those directions. But I feel it's stuff that you can learn. I think it's stuff that's valuable. I think it's stuff that takes you through all of life, not just some of life. And it's like I've been telling people that I've been speaking with about what I'm working on these new things, which I cannot wait to put out. But this, this year, the end of this year, from probably from October all the way through the end of the year, it's like I get to finally takes just years of all these things I've been doing and just pushing them out into the world, which is so awesome. And I'm doing it. And it's not about all the advertisement around and trying to pull.

Tim Pecoraro [:

It's just such a natural thing, and I just can't wait to talk about it. I hope you're curious, because I am, and I think it's worth checking out and finding out about. So, hey, also, follow me on Instagram if you would, impeccawaro. And before I lose my train of thought anymore, let me jump into my show and tell today. Holding it up right now. And it is my Obs bot or obsbot. It is an AI tail air camera. So it's a tail air camera.

Tim Pecoraro [:

This thing swivels around almost completely. 360 goes up down. It AI tracks and it is wire. It'll work wireless or wired. Many ways to connect. Also has an sd card. Micro SD goes in the back that you can record to independently. So I have three of them.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So you can get them in a system and they all stream. I can use my iPhone to record and stream to it just to control the cameras. Or you can have a remote, you can use their software. I'm right now on Riverside, I could put all my cameras up wirelessly, send them in, and it'll switch, and I don't need any additional equipment. And then here's what's even better. When I use stuff like Riverside and I'm capturing my video coming in Riverside, if I want to send all the audio separate, will capture each camera if I want their line to come in. Or I can have whatever my mics are set up. But what's really, really cool is then, if I want to, I can chop that up.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I can add audio in into it. I can edit. I get all the posts that I want. And for me, when I'm traveling and I'm doing keynotes, I don't need a crew. I don't need to set all this stuff up. I can put these cameras up in a room, and they have battery, too. They last several hours. What I need them to do, I can put three positions.

Tim Pecoraro [:

One can be on, like, that board behind me that you see could literally be focused on that board. I can have it where it zooms all the way in. I can have it come back out. So each camera can have multiple presets with programs built inside of those. If you want, you can drill in deeper. So I can have one that always stays on me, one that stays on the whiteboard, and one that maybe is, I don't know, pointing at the crowd. And then what's cool is I keep a clicker in my hand or someone, if I'm. If I stream this and they see it, because I don't have to stream live, I can just stream.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And if I'm doing that, I can have the person, instead of me having a whole crew and all this, I save money because I can focus on post later with the key people I want to spend money on. But I can travel with this stuff, do it all myself, and then later on, it can be done in post. And what's so cool about it is post is so easy, because everything is there, all my transcription that I can. Everything is in the digital world where I want it to be. So it all starts with this. So I've been looking for them, and I finally got them, and I'm putting together stuff, and I have some cool stuff that I'm doing with the obsbot or obsbot tail air camera. And. Yeah, check it out.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So I'm done with that. Okay. And, no, they do not pay me for that. That's not a paid advertisement. It's a show and tell. And why this is important to me because this right here does, instead of me having to have people with the cameras following me around that know how to run with cameras, but I can come back and give that stuff to them and say, hey, can you help me finish this up and do it? And then they're able to put their expertise there, and then I can let these guys do that, and I can, like I said, pay people for other things. So thank you, folks, for developing this camera, thinking of people, entrepreneurs, like myself. You can do these for.

Tim Pecoraro [:

For teaching, for, if you have a church, if you do youth group, there are people that, because it has AI, human tracking, you can do sports with it. It's pretty cool. So, all right, I have to stop talking about that or I keep talking about it. So today's topic, what am I going to talk about? So there's an author, his name is Erwin McManus, and I'm just going to go ahead and say, I don't know how I'm going to really get into this for the next several weeks, but he has a book coming out in the future, and it's about the seven frequencies that he talks about of communication. And I'm in total agreement with what he talks about. If you listen to his podcast, Erwin McManus, you can look him up his podcast, and I'll put it in the show notes. Go listen to the podcast, specifically around the book that he's putting out this year. And I already preordered the book, and I'm going to recommend people do it.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I am doing a lot of study because my book is coming out this year. As I'm saying, the end of this year, I have my book coming out, my nonfiction, not my kids book. This is a book I've been writing. Hopefully, it'll be this year. If not, it's going to be the very top of the beginning of the year. I have other things that I'm putting. It's my work. Everything I've been doing for years, I've been put together is coming out, and I love it, and I don't have to have a bunch of advertising around it, all that stuff.

Tim Pecoraro [:

That's the beauty of what I've been doing, and I'll explain more as I get there. But part of the material and learning and growing and what I'm doing and part of learning about myself. Okay. And that's a lot of what my non fiction theory is. It's just learning. I'm trying to help people learn how to become better human. So in that learning, he's one of the authors. I go to that he's one of them.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Erwin McManus. I love Carol S. Dweck. I love Henry Cloud. I mean, I can give you authors of people that I read. When it comes to seeing my life changed and see myself different, of course, the Bible I can give you. There's just books, things like that. But Erwin has been awesome.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And this, when I found heard this podcast, I knew there's a book. I pre ordered it. I started thinking about, because I'm working with so many people who they may, how do I put this? They're working on being better. We're all getting better as human beings. So we have this container, and I'm going to talk about what EQ is, emotional intelligence. But then when it comes to communication, remember, we have this container, but we have to still deal with things that we're not sure. So I want to help people understand these frequencies, these things that are in our communication, these ways we communicate, these vibrations, this way communication happens. And how that either flips to switch on or flips to switch off or causes confusion, who knows? But this is what I'm talking about, these frequencies.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Now, some people get this a certain way and understand it a certain way. And I'm going to do my best to help you with it. And this is not my material. What is my material that I'm trying to do is show you that emotional intelligence, the EQ EI, that part of your life depends on you understanding what Erwin is going to be putting out into the world. And he is on his podcast, and I'm going to take these seven frequencies, and I'm going to talk about how, because of what they are and what they mean. And I'm also going to push you in his direction that I want you to see when it comes to emotional intelligence, how these things work. But I want to show you how I learn and understand with it, because I want you to find a way. How do you get better? How do you learn stuff like this, and how can you apply it? How can you do your analogy or how you would liken it to so you can get better? So, for me, I put it into an artistic realm or something creative is how I do it.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And so I'm going to show you at the end of it about these frequencies. After I talk briefly about emotional intelligence, these frequencies, and then how you can identify them. And then I'll continue on over the next few weeks continue to build on this as it unfolds. Okay? So here's the first thing I want you to know at the end of this talk. I want you to have a clear understanding of how to identify the different communication frequencies, but how you handle them, okay, in your communication, so that it's impactful and useful. It's that simple. All right? So the first thing that I want to do in order to make sure that we are, you know, understanding each other here is I want to get you to understand real simple emotional intelligence. I'm going to give you a definition, and I'm just going to give you a way to look at it, all right? This is not mine.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Remember, I didn't come up with emotional intelligence. I'm just going to. Let's just get on the same page. So the definition of is emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions as well as the emotions of others, okay? Not managing other people, just emotions of others coming your way. All right, so what are the components, all right, of emotional intelligence? So what are the things that make it up so well, it includes self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. I mean, that's what, that's what it consists of. Okay, so let me break those down. What is self awareness? So we're all on the same page.

Tim Pecoraro [:

It's knowing your own emotions, being aware of your own emotions as it relates to emotional. I mean, of course, it's more things. Being aware, not just your emotions, but being aware of, you know, how you're showing up, being aware of, I mean, just what you have on being aware of who you're. These are all the parts of that you have to just. It's awareness, okay? But this is knowing your emotion. Second is self regulation. Now it's managing those emotions. The third one is the motivation.

Tim Pecoraro [:

It's using your emotions, or using emotions to achieve goals. Then the fourth one is the empathy part. Empathy, recognizing emotions, okay, in others. That's what empathy is as it relates to emotional intelligence and then social skills, managing relationships effectively, okay? So, right, I mean, it's simple. It's five things. Self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. Those five things. And there's the five things that you're gonna have to get good at.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I'm gonna have to get good at. I'm gonna have to remain capable and effective in for the rest of my life. And it should be, we get better in life, not getting worse. So one of the ways that will keep us from getting better is not understanding, just simple things like communication frequencies. Okay? So what I'm gonna do now with those, I gave you those. Those what they consist of. Ei. Now, let me just go in and tell you what these frequencies are.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I'm going to give you the definition, okay? I'm going to give you a description of it, and I'm going to give you the shadow side of it. Okay? So, these are what I learned from Erwin, what I heard on the podcast, obviously, adding some wording and stuff in here into it. And some of it just pulled, literally, from transcript, okay. That he said, and it's worth it. Trust me. It is worth you listening to and learning from. So, the first one is the motivator, the frequency of the motivator. The motivator frequency brings energy, infuses self belief.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Motivators inspire and encourage others, focusing on the positive reinforcement and helping people realize their potential. Now, I know what that is because I'm a motivator. I motivate. Now, you don't have to just be one. There's dominance. But I know what a motivator is. And here's the other way I can confirm that I know the shadow side. I look at the shadow side.

Tim Pecoraro [:

The motivator can become a performer seeking validation from the audience rather than genuine and genuinely encouraging them. And that has happened to me. Okay? And if you are a person listening to this podcast, and you go, hey, Tim, I know you. And, you know, I've seen you be that person. Well, great. I have, too. And you know what? I'm not worried about what people have seen. I'm.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I'm concerned about what I do next. It's like, same with failure. Guys and leaders, what we people. Just. Just for me, I don't measure a leader by what they do first. I measure what they do next. That's how, you know leaders, if you want to know people, are healthy, it's not what they did first. That means it's a bad decision waiver.

Tim Pecoraro [:

But we want to find out if they're. If they're in a better place or if they're healthy. It's what they do next. And again. Okay, so then there's the challenger. So let me sidebar again. I'm bringing that up, guys, because a lot of times, what we do is we listen to things and we want to correct other people. People will get a Bible.

Tim Pecoraro [:

They read the Bible, and they want to go fix other people. So this message, I learned it for me first, and now I'm sharing it with you and hope you can do the same. Thing. So as I'm doing this talk, this message, however you want to receive it, I'm hoping that you will listen to it and be able to say, where am I in this? Who am I in this? How does this relate? So the challenger, first one was motivator. Challenger is the challenger. Frequency brings courage and awakens. Calling that frequency just challenges that confront and persuade, pushing others to exceed their limits and disrupt the status quo. I mean, that's me.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I coach sports. I tell them, I don't come here to be average. I don't really do many things average, and that's either good or bad in my case, because if I. If I don't do it average and I don't, and I know that I'm not all into what I'm doing and I'm not truly focused on it, I can run the risk of doing something that is really pretty bad. So I have to know myself. Once again, self awareness. Here's the shadow side of the challenger. The challenger can become a manipulator, using their influence to serve own needs instead of genuinely helping others.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I've been there and I've done that. It goes along with my personality type. I've had to figure out how to do it. I had to figure out how to learn how to work on it. I had to go to look at people, not say, I'm sorry, but say, will you please forgive me? I've had to do that, okay. Because just knowing who you are and how you show up is very important. And that frequency is damaging. On the shadow side, the third is the commander.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So the commander of frequency brings confidence and provides direction. And commanders naturally lead and establish trust, offering clear guidance and decision. Okay? Now that, to me, I love that commander. Now, I'm not a big commander, but here's the shadow side of the commander. The commander can become a dictator, becoming oppressive and disregarding others autonomy. Now, for me, I understand that because I, that's one of the things I had a serious authority issue. And so for me, commanders were difficult. I had a hard time with my sports teams, things like that.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And it had a lot to do with some of the things I experienced as a kid in some abuse. Okay? So that was hard for me. That's the shadow side of the commander. Here's the healer. Are you ready? Here's the healer frequency. The healer frequency transmits acceptance and extends wholeness. Healers create environments of support and understanding, fostering emotional well being. Man, I know the healers because I feel those, because I am the person who the commander is struggling, but the healer, I look for it because I'm always trying to help people, and that is important to me, and that's why it's so important for me to understand that when I am helping people, that the challenger doesn't get in the way of when I want to heal or when I'm trying to motivate or.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And that the bad motivator, shadows, how to motivate, doesn't get away. These are all frequencies you have to pay attention to. You got to pay attention to it. It's real. Okay, so what's the shadow side of the healer? The healer can become an enabler, allowing harmful behaviors to continue unchecked in the name of acceptance. Not a good thing, right? That's not a good frequency. Are you a healer? Is that your shadow side? That's what we're looking to help you find out. Remember, we're trying to get your emotional intelligence involved.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Remember what we're talking about. These are attributes, these are qualities, these are ways, these are frequencies. But remember, you're the one that's going to generate it, that's going to come from you. So that's why it's important for you to know yourself, know your emotions. Watch the movie inside out, one and two, because, I mean, every one of us, that's like us inside, having a button, right, to push. So number five is the professor. So the professor frequency transmits knowledge and assures competency. Professors focus on clear communication of information and teaching.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Okay, so I'm. I like teaching. I like professors. Do I want to be one? No, but I love information. I love gathering those things. I like learning how things fit together. Now, what's the shadow side of the professor, though? The professor can become condescending, presenting information in a way that belittles other people. And so that's a frequency you have to watch out for.

Tim Pecoraro [:

You have to be aware if you are that professor. Number six, the seer. Now, I understand this one. The seer frequency transmits vision and generates innovation. Seers bring new ideas and perspectives, often thinking ahead of their time. Oh, my lord, that is me. And I've done that. I mean, so badly, so many things, because I just was not aware of things inside of myself.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So here's the shadow side of the seer. The seer can become too abstract and making their ideas difficult for others to grasp and apply. Oh, my gosh. Hello. I know that person. Number seven, the maven. The maven frequency transmits a new reality and creates paradigm shifts. Mavens are innovators who introduce groundbreaking changes and new ways of thinking.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Now, see, I know this person as well. This is me. This is how I operate. I'm in the motivator. Challenger, seer, Maven, and healers in all three and all of those working through them, right? So, that's kind of where I operate. So, this maven frequency, and I think it's a powerful one, but it has a shadow side. And the shadow side is, I felt this, and I've been there. And this is why it's so important for me to get this right.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And I'm so grateful for Erwin taking the time that he did to. To. To just listen. To. Listen to what the learning was, to listen to what's outside, listen to what's going on inside himself, listen to what God was teaching him, to be able to share this, because the maven. You ready? Can cause confusion with frequent changes, making it hard for others to keep up. So, the thing is, as you innovate, you do these things. You're a seer.

Tim Pecoraro [:

You can. But you got to be careful that in all the idealistic stuff, which I have a podcast that I did this year around the idealistic and the pragmatist. So, for me, what helps me out a lot of times is I have to bring the pragmatist in to make sure that I'm not bringing these changes and messing things up. Okay? So I said to you how. Okay, so those are the seven, right? What are the seven? The motivator. Right? We have the challenger, the commander, the healer, the professor, the seer, the maven. And so there. There are these.

Tim Pecoraro [:

These aspects. And so I was telling you how I learn, right? And how I learn. And so I am a person who loves audio. I love music. And so the music that you listen to, there are frequencies on an EQ band. Okay? And I'm gonna not go too far with this. Okay. Even on my arm, I'm holding my arm up right now, but it says right here, sound is light, and sound is light, because sound, it just moves at slower cycles.

Tim Pecoraro [:

But sound is light at slower cycles. In other words, it doesn't cycle as fast. But sound, it moves you. It can do incredible things. That's a whole different thing. So, anyways, I took those, and I started thinking about what Erwin was talking about, and I tried to think about. Because I listen even when I hear people talk. That's what helps me see pictures.

Tim Pecoraro [:

It's the audio. It's the sound. It's the atmosphere. It's what I hear. It's vibration. It's white noise. It's everything coming together. Then what I see, it's the color.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Then what I feel, the true vibration. I am completely the person who walks in the room, and that's me. I walk in, I can feel things, I see things, I hear things. Like all this starts to happen, but then it happens in the audio world for me. So whenever I'm listening, I listen to the peaks, the frequencies. I listen to things that people would think sound muddy or things that sound thick, something that sounds very airy or present, you know, present very crispy at the top. So the ears are different things. So they mean something to me.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And that's what I'm trying to say, what helps you to learn. So, here's what I did, and I. And I'm going to tell you, use AI. It's a great tool to do this. So I took those seven frequencies, and I know different things with. With, um, with audio. And I know things like, what are kilohertz and Hertz and things like that, and what they do on sound and what. What the EQ does to get things a certain way to create space, right? Whether you subtract or it's additive, you have to know what you're doing to get it to sound away.

Tim Pecoraro [:

You listen to the Beatles, no matter what record you've heard before, you've heard good audio before, and you've heard bad audio before. Well, that's the same thing with the communication. So I take it, my understanding of audio, and then what. What Erwin is sharing. And I take that. I go, now, how can I bring that into my world better with something I understand really well. And I did it with audio. And so, basically, I took presence, or frequencies, like on the high band, the things that are real high, real frequency high, and then all the way down to low, and then high, low, mid, everything in between.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And I figured out what would each one be. So, for me, the motivator, right? That person that brings energy and enthusiasm, its presence. You hear it, it sounds like it's there, it's live. It feels like just alive. It's present. However, if you overuse it, it can be very superficial sounding in music. And those of you who are audio people, you'll understand what I'm talking about. And this is just me showing you my way of learning.

Tim Pecoraro [:

So if you're not in audio, please just give me some latitude so I can show you, because I want you to do the same thing. Take these seven and figure out how they fit in your world. So the challenger in audio. That's a boxy sound. It's a boxiness to it. Boxy audio. So it encourages, when a challenger is done right in that frequency, it encourages growth and resilience and makes things feel full in there. But when it's excessive, it can feel confrontational.

Tim Pecoraro [:

It can create hostility in the mix or in the music. Harshness. The commander is a nasally sound. Very nasal. Okay, commanders, clear. Provide clear direction and build trust. Yeah, they can come across as dictatorial, basically. That.

Tim Pecoraro [:

That nasally thing you just sounding just, ugh. That's how I kind of hear commander. Then the healer. It's thick, it's full, it's rich, it's warm. Healing. When I think of healing, I think of wrapping. I feel that's what I feel like if you had to just smother like a kid, that's got, like, when Luke had, my son had eczema, and we used to have to put Elodell cream on him and they would tell us, slather it on his skin. Right.

Tim Pecoraro [:

That's the healer. Healer frequency is the thickness. It fosters acceptance and support. However, too much acceptance can lead to the lack of accountability. And so in music, that's what I'm trying to do. The healer, I'm trying to put it into these spaces, but too much of it. You're now taking away what the instrument itself or the voice is supposed to do. So if it's a piano, if you're doing too much of trying to heal things, you're taking away character.

Tim Pecoraro [:

You gotta be careful. And then the professor, that's. That's the cheap sound. If you're not careful, it ensures clear communication. That sound, that 800 hz in eqing, it's a professor, and you can really get things figured out there, but it can also be perceived as condescending. You can actually be almost like it's just condescending. The mixed. And then there's the seer, and that's the air.

Tim Pecoraro [:

That's what I love. It's this 10 up. It's really. So this brings vision and innovation, but yet I think it's too abstract. You wonder, what's its purpose? Just too much. And then the last one is the maven, and that's presence. The first one, the motivator. And it's the air.

Tim Pecoraro [:

It's plus air. So it creates paradigm shifts. However, frequent shifts can cause confusion. So I'm just trying to show you that. That for me, learning these, it helped me by knowing what I do with EQ presence. That's the, that's the motivator. I need presence. You know, I need to kind of get this thing.

Tim Pecoraro [:

I need boxiness. You know, you got to kind of get this. Take care of this space in here and box things. I got to get the growth and resilience. Come on. I gotta. I got to challenge this, but too much, it gets hostile. Right.

Tim Pecoraro [:

The seer, that's that. That's the. The airtain. Right. I'm looking for the air in something that brings vision and innovation. Right. And then what is the maven? The maven is a combination of the motivator or the motivator and the seer, that's your maven. You bring them together, and that's that presence in the air.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And that's what makes music special to me. So the last way I'm going to leave this with you is with music. And so here's how I want you to go. Maybe spend some time with. With it. Learn these seven frequencies of communication. Because here's the thing about the aspect of what I'm talking about. If you're a motivator, the positive is, is you bring energy and you infuse self belief.

Tim Pecoraro [:

But if you don't do the frequency well or if you're running into someone not doing that frequency well, it becomes performative rather than authentic. If you're a challenger and you're positive or they're positive, it awakens calling, it'll inspire growth. But the negative of that, it may manipulate others if focused inward. And the commander, if your commander or their commander, and that's their frequency, it offers clear direction and builds trust. But the negative of that potential negative outcome is it can become dictatorial if not balanced. The healer, it, the healer fosters. If you're a healer or you, that's your channel or frequency and or you're encountering one, they foster acceptance and support, but they may avoid. If on the negative side, they may avoid necessary accountability.

Tim Pecoraro [:

The professor ensures clear communication of knowledge. That's great. But if they go to that negative, it can be perceived as condescending if overused. The seer on that positive brings vision and innovation. But slide to the negative may be too abstract for practical application. And then the maven creates paradigm shifts and new reality. But frequent changes can cause instability on that negative. So I'm hoping you can grab a hold of what I'm talking about, because here are the songs I want you to listen to.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Okay. For the motivator song, this is how I apply it again to the music. Okay. Feel the energy of the motivator this is what I'm looking for. An enthusiasm that drives it. And ready? It's go listen to eye of the tiger. That's a motivator song. Now I'm liking this.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Another song to the challenger. You ready? The song is we will rock you. And when you're listening to we will rock you by Queen sense the challenge and resilience in the powerful riffs. Then the commander. The song is in the air tonight by Phil Collins. The experience, though, is notice the clear direction and the trust building in the steady beat. What about the healer? How about the song by Eric Clapton? The tragic song tears in heaven. Eric's son fell from an apartment building, I believe, in New York, out of a building to his death.

Tim Pecoraro [:

And he writes this song. And in that song, the experiences you feel, the acceptance and support in the soothing melody and the voice. But then the prophet, the professor, the song. You ready? Teach your children by Crosby, stills and Nash and young. So that what does he experience in that song? This song emphasizes the importance of knowledge and teaching, reflecting the professor frequency's focus on clear communication and learning. And how about the seer song, John Legend? It's not John Legend. Sorry, John Lennon. You know, imagine, right? That's what you're looking for.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Imagine there no people, right? So you have envision the future and innovation and the ethereal sounds that he has even in the lyrics. And then lastly, the maven, one of my favorite songs by an artist I think is under celebrated. That's Natasha Bedingfield. And the song is unwritten. And in the experience, this song encourages embracing new possibilities and create and creating new realities which will align with that maven frequency. And that Maven wants to focus on paradigm shifts and innovation. So, man, that's it in a nutshell. I just want you to know, you can do this thing, this emotional intelligence.

Tim Pecoraro [:

You got it. You can work on emotional intelligence. The self awareness, self regulation, the motivation, the empathy, and those social skills. And then those seven frequencies, because you have that other control, you're able to recognize. Am I a motivator? Are they a motivator? Are they a challenger? Am I a challenger? Commander? Are they a commander healer? Professor Seer, Maven. And then find a way to learn them as I did with music. Find the frequency that matches. Have fun with AI.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Plug it in AI, and say, hey, take these seven frequencies and I like something like this. And help me come up with some sort of analogy or some way to depict it for a way for me to learn it. That's how I do it. It helps. And that's how God wired me. So, in conclusion, I want you to improve your emotional intelligence. I want it to help you better understand and manage your communication frequencies. We need it.

Tim Pecoraro [:

We need it in our homes. We need it in our friendships. We need it at work. We need it in our world. So I want you know that by being self aware and regulating your emotions, empathizing with others, we're just going to ensure that communication is effective and impactful. So my call to action to you is I want you to start practicing these principles today. Find your dominant frequency, be mindful in how you communicate, and strive to improve your emotional intelligence, always, continuously. So, thank you for your time.

Tim Pecoraro [:

Let's work on this. Let's create a greater and more robust understanding, and let's be effective in our communication. So, until next time, we'll talk soon.
